PhaSeal: The definition of closed

For more than 15 years, PhaSeal has been the only clinically proven closed-system drug transfer device for the safe handling of hazardous drugs.

Confident

The Leakproof Double Membrane:
PhaSeal’s proven dry connections eliminate exposure when connecting and disconnecting from vials, syringes, IV bags and patient IV lines. And because each membrane is clinically proven to remain dry through multiple manipulations, you can safely conduct multiple-dose administrations using a single, designated port.
Reliable
The Airtight Expansion Chamber:
This sealed chamber contains aerosols and vapors while equalizing pressure in the vial during drug preparation. It allows you to see and know that it’s closed and you’re protected.
Safe

Intuitive, Drug-Saving Design:
The Injector’s smart design enables you to retrieve all the drug from the vial while its ergonomic, passive safety technology allows you to work with ease and confidence. Just push, turn, push and you have a safe, leakproof connection.

Infusion Clamp

The Infusion Clamp holds the Injector Luer Lock and the Connector Luer Lock on the IV line during infusions.

Injector Luer Lock

The Injector Luer Lock attaches to a standard syringe or IV tubing for a dry, leakproof connection during drug preparation and administration.

Connector Luer Lock
The Connector Luer Locks are standard male luer locks that are designed to attach to IV ports for leakproof administration of IV push and infusion. Both are designed for optimal use with the Injector Luer Lock (N35). The C45 design is intended for use with needle-free ports with internal pistons.

Y-Site Connector
The Y-Site Connector provides a dedicated dry connection port for infusions and IV pushes without interfering with other ports in use. Includes a permanently affixed Connector Luer Lock and is compatible with standard IV administration sets. 1.5mL priming volume.

Infusion Adapter
The Infusion Adapter provides a dry connection for preparing IV infusions and for spiking the administration set into the IV bag. It is compatible with all IV tubing. Its unique adaptability allows nurses the opportunity to select the tubing they need to spike into the bag. This saves valuable time for both nursing and pharmacy.

Secondary Set with Drip Chamber
This non-vented Secondary Set features a flow stop to facilitate priming of the Secondary Set from the bag prior to adding the drug. The universal spike, equipped with a PhaSeal Connector, enables safe, leakproof transfer of the drug to the IV bag.
